Charred Caulifower + Cabbage
So Simple. So Delicious. So Spicemode. The goal is to try to char some of the veggies so don’t be scared to turn up the heat.
Spicemode Masala Herb Rub
1 Medium Cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 Cabbage, Chopped
3 Cups Baby Spinach
1. Cut up cauliflower into even size florets, slice the stems and coarsely chop up cabbage. Heat up ghee or butter in a sauté pan, add vegetables and a generous sprinkle of our masala herb seasoning.
2. After the veggies browned add a splash of water and cover the pan until tender. Finish with handfuls of baby spinach and squeeze of lemon.
Tips : Do not throw away the cauliflower stalks. Slice thin and add with the florets for a contrast of texture.
