Roasted Chicken Legs w/ Vindaloo Fire Seasoning

Vindaloo Fire Seasoning by Spicemode

1. Set oven to 420 degree. Take the skin off the chicken (use a paper towel to get a better grip). Slice a couple 2 inch slashes across the leg and thigh through to the bone. This will help the chicken cook faster and allow the seasoning to flavor the meat.
2. Place chicken legs on a sheet tray and generously season with Spicemode Vindaloo Fire until nicely coated and allow to rest for unto 30 minutes.
3. Place in center of preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes. Then rotate sheet tray and roast for another 25 minutes, until the meat is falling off the bone.
