Roasted Broccoli w/ Spicemode Vindaloo Fire

SERVINGS : 4  –  PREP TIME : 5 MINUTES  –  COOK TIME : 30 MINUTES

This is simply the easiest way to spice up mealtime. I love roasted broccoli and can eat it all day long. The addition of the seasoning adds a mouth-watering background spice and tons of flavor. It’s a perfect side dish for your next dinner or on top of a salad.

INGREDIENTS

Vindaloo Fire Seasoning
2 Stalks Broccoli, Large
Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Set oven to 420 degrees. Cut broccoli into large pieces, the break down into florets. Peel the stalks and slice into coins.

2. Add broccoli to a mixing bowl with a drizzle of oil. Sprinkle on Vindaloo Fire to coat the florets , at least a couple tablespoons. Season with salt and some grinds of pepper.

3. Pour seasoned broccoli onto a baking sheet. Do not crowd the pan, the broccoli should be in a single layer with some space in between. Place in the middle of the oven.

4. Cook for 15 minutes, then toss and rotate pan. Roast for another 10-15 minutes until tender and charred.
