Spice Roasted Cauliflower w/ Masala Herb Seasoning
This is simply the easiest way to spice up mealtime. The addition of the seasoning adds a rich golden hue and tons of flavor. A perfect side dish for your next dinner.

1 Whole Cauliflower, Large
1. Set oven to 420 degrees. Cut cauliflower into large pieces, the break down into florets. Trim the stalk and slice, it also has great flavor. Try to cut everything in even size pieces.
2. Add cauliflower to a mixing bowl with a drizzle of oil. Sprinkle on Masala Herb to coat the florets – a couple tablespoons. Season with salt and some grinds of pepper.
3. Pour florets onto a baking sheet. Do not crowd the pan, the cauliflower should be in a single layer with some space in between. Place in the middle of the oven.
4. Cook for 10 minutes, then toss and rotate pan. Roast for another 10-15 minutes until tender and charred.
